Description
An OC of mine! He is in a book on my wattpad I'm working on that's based off Simon Curtis's second album RA. He, Andria, and Rori (coming up next) are the leaders of the Robot Army, which is an underground (literally) resistance group. Kind of cliche, but it fits the tone of the album.
Anyhoo, on to the char sheet!
Name: Psy (XXX)
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: Bright blonde hair; orange eyes; gray t-shirt; red and black flannel; black jeans; black boots w/ red laces
Personality: He isn't very serious about the situation he finds himself in. However, he is loyal to Rori and Andria and the Army in general, though he seems to butt heads with Andria over every little thing. He also has absolutely no fashion sense. The clothes he has are borrowed from Rori. He likes attention and when Rori asks him to come up with a plan, usually it's revolving around himself. Which is when Rori and Andria make a plan by themselves.
Relationships:
Parents - If he had any, he doesn't remember
Siblings - Ditto
Crush - Probably Andria XD (22)
Friends - Andria (22), Rori (24)
Likes: His Earpiece, his friends, jokes, completely clashing fashion, not being late, food, parties
Dislikes: Being late, when Rori corrects him, the Prince
Talents:being annoying Hacking computers
Disabilities and fears: Amnesia, being the bad guy (that's a fear, I swear)

Putting in another Comment about the description just in case you don't like long Comments. Don't know if you do or not since I just got here just a few minutes ago. 
I was going to say something about the borrowed clothes part. But I can't think of much to say that I'm not afraid might be me stepping out of place, or ranting, or talking too long.
This sounds like this could very much be an anime character in an anime. Not just from the premise, but from the detail about the plans, where he likes attention he gets from being asked to help come up with plans, but then keeps making plans about himself so Rori and Andria have to just make the plan themselves.
It sounds like, if this were an anime, every plan would automatically be at least two episodes. There could be a formula where Rori and Andria get Psy to come up with a plan. He ends up making a plan which sounds good at first, so they go along with it, but it ends up just being about him which they discover as it goes along, so that episode's basically a comedy episode where they gradually realize just how much of a mistake asking Psy for help was, and thanks to this process, they realize why they should have made their own plan, and how to do it.
Then the next episode(s) will be about the plan they came up with without him.
I think this formula you've got could make a brilliant 
anime idea, because you'd have an episode structure that would have a comedy episode, followed by one or two serious episodes, then another comedy episode, followed again by one or two serious ones. I've never seen an anime that works like that! but maybe I haven't seen enough animes.
